§ 01What this module does

Vietnamese e-invoicing (hoá đơn điện tử) generation on top of your SiteMinder Direct bookings.

A Vietnamese e-invoicing add-on that integrates with your SiteMinder workspace via the official API. It works alongside SiteMinder and does not replace SiteMinder — the add-on reads confirmed direct bookings coming through SiteMinder Direct and issues Vietnamese electronic invoices (hoá đơn điện tử) in the format required by Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC and Decree 123/2020/ND-CP, transmitted to the General Department of Taxation (Tổng cục Thuế) through a licensed intermediary. Invoices are archived in the SiteminderStore workspace for the ten-year retention required by Vietnamese tax law, downloadable as PDF and XML. VAT numbers are captured at booking time via a small field added to your SiteMinder Direct engine. Refunds and cancellations trigger credit notes that follow the same transmission path. The add-on never modifies reservation totals inside your SiteMinder workspace.

§ 02How it integrates with SiteMinder

This module integrates with your SiteMinder workspace via the official public API. Read scopes and write scopes are the minimum needed for the module to function — nothing else is requested. You continue to log in to SiteMinder at secure.siteminder.com or the URL provided by your account. Your channel connections stay in SiteMinder. Your reservation delivery keeps flowing to your PMS. This module reads what it needs, writes what you approve, and never mirrors the entire dataset outside of your SiteMinder boundary.

The connection is authorised by you inside the SiteminderStore workspace using an OAuth-style token flow — you authenticate on the SiteMinder domain, SiteMinder returns a scoped token to SiteminderStore, and you can revoke that token at any time from the SiteMinder admin panel. Nothing else changes.

§ 03Vietnam-market details

• Prices billed in VND with a Vietnamese e-invoice (hoá đơn điện tử) issued to your legal entity under Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC.
• Personal-data processing complies with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.
• Support in Vietnamese and English during Vietnamese business hours (Sài Gòn timezone).
• Contract governed by Vietnamese law; disputes referred to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City.

§ 04What it does not do

This module does not replace SiteMinder. If you cancel your SiteMinder subscription, this module cannot function. This module does not resell SiteMinder, does not intercept SiteMinder API traffic between your channels, and does not present itself as SiteMinder to your PMS. If SiteMinder changes its API, we adapt; if SiteMinder discontinues a feature we depend on, we notify you at least ninety days in advance.
