Hồ Chí Minh — dành cho khách sạn Việt NamSiteminderStore is an independent marketplace of third-party modules and integrations built on top of SiteMinder — a channel-management, distribution, direct-booking and analytics suite used by hotels worldwide. We are a Vietnamese company, run out of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, and every one of our modules is designed for the way Vietnamese hotels actually operate.
§ 01Who we are
SiteminderStore Vietnam Company Limited (Công ty TNHH SiteminderStore Việt Nam) was incorporated in Ho Chi Minh City under Business Registration Certificate No. 0316854921 with charter capital of five billion Vietnamese đồng. Our director is Nguyễn Minh Đức, a hospitality-technology veteran who spent a decade in revenue management at hotel groups in Sài Gòn, Đà Nẵng and Phú Quốc before founding SiteminderStore.
Our team is small and deliberately so: a mix of former hotel revenue managers, distribution specialists and engineers, all based in Vietnam, all fluent in Vietnamese and English, and most of whom have worked at least a shift on a hotel reception at some point.
§ 02Why we exist
SiteMinder is an excellent global platform. But global platforms are, by definition, not tailored to every local market. Vietnamese hotels have specific needs: they need to display prices in VND without rounding artefacts; they need to accept MoMo and VNPay wallet holds as guarantee alternatives to card holds for domestic guests; they need to issue Vietnamese e-invoices in the format required by the General Department of Taxation; they need to model Tết Nguyên Đán seasonality, which reshapes urban demand every year. SiteminderStore fills those gaps as add-on modules that sit alongside your SiteMinder workspace.
Our position on SiteMinder
SiteminderStore is not SiteMinder. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SiteMinder Limited. Every module we build integrates with your SiteMinder workspace via the official public API, uses only the scopes we ask you to approve, and can be revoked from your SiteMinder admin panel at any time. If you cancel SiteMinder, our modules stop working.
§ 03How we work
We ship in small, deliberate steps. Every module is documented in Vietnamese and English before it goes on the shelf, and every module has a plain-English answer to the question "what does it do, and what does it not do?". We publish our changelog. We do not publish artificial roadmap dates.
We keep our commercial arrangements simple: monthly billing in VND, first month included on annual plans, Vietnamese e-invoice issued within twenty-four hours of payment reconciliation, cancellation with thirty days' notice by email.
