No. SiteminderStore is an independent Vietnamese company (SiteminderStore Vietnam Company Limited, Business Registration Certificate No. 0316854921). We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SiteMinder Limited. Every module we sell integrates with your SiteMinder workspace via the official public API.
02 · How is billing handled in Vietnamese đồng?
All modules are billed monthly in VND to your Vietnamese legal entity. We issue a Vietnamese e-invoice (hoá đơn điện tử) in the format required by Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC within twenty-four hours of payment reconciliation. Payment is accepted by domestic bank transfer to our Vietcombank account (007 100 054 3921), by SEPA-equivalent international transfer, or by Visa/Mastercard via a Vietnamese acquirer.
03 · Do I need an existing SiteMinder account?
Yes. SiteminderStore modules are add-ons that work alongside your existing SiteMinder workspace via the official API. If you do not have SiteMinder, you cannot use SiteminderStore. If you cancel SiteMinder, our modules stop working within thirty seconds.
04 · How does authentication work?
You log in to SiteminderStore with a magic-link email — no password. To connect your SiteMinder workspace to a module, you are redirected to the SiteMinder OAuth authorisation page (on secure.siteminder.com), you review the scopes we request, and SiteMinder returns a scoped access token to us. Your SiteMinder credentials never leave the SiteMinder domain.
05 · Can I try a module before I buy it?
Every annual plan includes the first month at no charge. You have thirty days from provisioning to cancel with a full refund if the module does not fit your operation. Contact sales for a sandbox workspace where you can preview module behaviour against synthetic data.
06 · What Vietnamese payment methods do you support for guests?
The MoMo & VNPay Guarantee add-on lets your SiteMinder Direct engine accept wallet pre-authorisations as an alternative to card holds — useful for domestic Vietnamese guests. Wallet holds are captured, released on cancellation, and settled at check-in.
07 · Are you compliant with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection?
Yes. We publish a full PDP Vietnam compliance page, appoint a data-protection officer (dpo@siteminderstore.org), and maintain a Vietnamese-hosted infrastructure. Personal data is processed only for the purposes documented in each module's DPA, and data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, complaint) are exposed in your workspace.
08 · How do you handle Vietnamese e-invoicing?
The Vietnamese E-Invoicing add-on generates hoá đơn điện tử in the format required by Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC and Decree 123/2020/ND-CP, transmitted to the General Department of Taxation (Tổng cục Thuế) through a licensed intermediary. Invoices are archived for the ten-year retention period required by Vietnamese tax law.
09 · What happens if SiteMinder changes its API?
We adapt. Our engineering team monitors SiteMinder API release notes and coordinates with the SiteMinder developer-relations channel. If SiteMinder discontinues a feature we depend on, we notify affected customers at least ninety days before the effective date and either ship a workaround or issue a pro-rated refund.
10 · Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Give thirty days' notice by email to billing@siteminderstore.org. Your modules are provisioned until the end of the current billing month, no further invoices are issued, and any prepaid annual balance is refunded pro-rata to your Vietnamese bank account within thirty business days.
11 · Do you offer support in Vietnamese?
Yes. Our support team is based in Ho Chi Minh City and works in Vietnamese and English. Email support at support@siteminderstore.org (all plans), phone support at +84 28 3925 6800 (city-hotel and group plans), on-site support in Sài Gòn, Hà Nội or Đà Nẵng (group plan).
12 · Where is my data hosted?
Personal data of Vietnamese guests is stored in Vietnamese data centres operated by Viettel IDC in Ho Chi Minh City and Hà Nội, in compliance with the Vietnamese Law on Cybersecurity 2018 (Luật An ninh mạng). Non-personal operational data (aggregate metrics, benchmarks) may be replicated to Singapore for regional latency.
13 · What if I need to notify a data-security incident?
Contact security@siteminderstore.org immediately. We follow the incident-response workflow published on our Security whitepaper page, including notification of the Ministry of Public Security's Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05) within the deadlines defined by Vietnamese law.
14 · Can I access a sandbox workspace?
Yes. Sandbox workspaces are provisioned on request for hotels evaluating the product. Contact sales at sales@siteminderstore.org and specify your SiteMinder property ID; the sandbox is populated with synthetic reservations and rate plans mirroring your real property.
